Schedule
Meet at 9.25/9.30 at the Waterloo Memorial Recreational Center on Father David Bauer Drive (park on the north side of the building towards Waterloo Park)
Option A1
- Warm up running outdoors (10 min)
- Two small courses for beginners (approx 1 km each)
- A couple of courses, including some memory exercises for other levels (about 2-3k long)
- Picking up flags/cool down (10 minutes)
Option A2 (only if the weather is extremely bad )
- Use of the indoor track at the Rec Center (walking/running, minor speed work exercises, some gym exercises) (70/80 minutes)
Option B (at the Swimplex / Rec Center)
- Swimming (kids under 18 must be supervised by an adult), aqua jogging, hot tub (55 minutes). Public access ends at 11.55 am
Option C
- Short O clinic: map and compass, talk & walk (20 minutes), PLUS option A1

Additional Costs (if necessary)
- Swimplex entry: $11.25 per family (or $4.75 per adult)
